- One way to look at the speed of the connection is to drop the courier
- into local command mode and then do an ati6.
-
- But I really don't see the need for this. I get a pretty good idea of how
- good the connection is by watching the throughput while transferring
- files or by watching how fast the screeen displays (this also gives me a
- good idea of how good/bad the line is).
-
- I have both a Courier V.everything and a Supra 288 and the Supra will sit
- there and happily display a 28.8k connection on receive while giving me
- download rates of 3000 cps. The Courier doesn't display anything but
- does give me 3350+ cps on 28.8k receive. I'll do without the display to
- ge the better rates, thanks...
